ARTIST STATEMENT:

The focus of each painting is to create an Expression of Place - distill the essence of a place into an abstract interpretation. The abstraction is a lie that tells a greater truth - an everlasting element of beauty that constantly challenges the intellect. A shorthand expression of beauty that is artful and engaging.
